Marc handmade these three types of trout from wood he salvaged in Vermont. I hand painted them in green, gold, white, brown, and red professional-grade acrylics. The two-inch thick edges are painted to create a multi-dimensional effect. This trio is the perfect gift for a friend, a relative, or yourself. Each trout grouping is one-of-a-kind but will closely resemble the ones pictured here. 

Hang these trout anywhere--in a dining room, office, kitchen, kids’ room, over a doorway or stairway, in a bathroom or bedroom, covered porch, lake house, or wherever you’d like a pop of color and character.

Marc nailed a notched metal piece over an in-letted circle on the back so that the fish will balance flat against the wall from a single nail or screw head. You’ll see the original reclaimed wood and my signature, Christine Schultz, on the back, as well.

Care and handling: While these fish are fun and durable, they’re not meant as playthings for kids or to last outside directly in the weather. However, a covered porch is fine. We're happy to custom make fish. Just ask.
