Orange Clown Fish

75.00

Dimensions: 16.5" tall x 8" wide x 2" thick. Weighs 2 pounds.

I, Christine Schultz, handpainted this orange and white barn wood fish with acrylics. My husband, Marc Deloach, made it from cypress he salvaged from the Mississippi Delta. It'll add a pop of color to any wall. Great housewarming or holiday gift for guys or girls or a little happy for yourself. This orange and white angel fish has yellow lips, eye, and gill. His tail and fin are black with white markings. He's painted on reclaimed cypress wood that has some textures that show its history. He hangs flat on a wall and is over a foot tall. I painted his sides to create a multi-dimensional effect. He's a real catch. Ready to ship.

Hang this fish anywhere--in the office, dining room, kitchen, kids’ rooms, over doorways and stairways, in bathrooms and bedrooms, covered porches, lakehouses, or wherever you’d like a pop of color and whimsy. One is great. Groupings are even better.

On the back: Marc nailed a notched metal hanger over an inletted drilled circle, so the fish will hang flush to the wall and will balance from a single nail or screw head. You can see the salvaged wood on back. My signature, Christine Schultz, is there, as well.

Care and handling: While these fish are fun and durable, they’re not meant as playthings for kids or to hold up outside directly in the weather, although a covered porch is fine. We're happy to custom make fish. Just ask.
