Yellow Angel Fish

75.00

Dimensions: 19" tall x 4" wide x 2" thick. Weighs 1 pound.

I, Christine Schultz, handpainted this yellow wood fish with acrylics. My husband, Marc Deloach, made it from cypress he salvaged from the Mississippi Delta. It'll add a pop of color to any wall. Great housewarming or holiday gift for guys or girls or a little happy for yourself. This one-and-a-half-foot tall yellow angel fish has an orange eye, lips, and fin markings. He's painted on relatively smooth reclaimed cypress wood. He hangs flat on a wall. I painted his sides to create a multi-dimensional effect. He's a real catch. Ready to ship.

Hang this fish anywhere--in a dining room, kitchen, kids’ room, over a doorway or stairway, in a bathroom or bedroom, covered porch, lakehouse, or wherever you’d like a pop of color and whimsy. One is great. Groupings are even better.

On the back Marc nailed a notched metal piece over a drilled, inletted circle, so that the fish will balance from a single nail or screw head and hang flat to the wall. You can see the original reclaimed cypress on back. My signature, Christine Schultz, is there, as well. While these fish are fun and durable, they’re not meant as playthings for kids or to last outside directly in the weather. A covered porch is fine. We're happy to custom make fish. Just ask.
